Skydive Hayabusa at Skydive Auckland

We are stoked to have had the Skydive Hayabusa team training at Skydive Auckland! This world class, champion, Belgian formation skydiving team were shredding it up in our Parakai skies for 7 days. This training camp initiated their first jumps together as a team in 2024, kicking off their season in the Southern Hemisphere. During their week of training with us they did 365 jumps in total!

 

The aim of formation skydiving is to score the most points (formations) in a set time. The team consists of 4 jumpers; Dennis, Bob, Ray and Neal, as well as Dave the Camera Flyer who captures it all in the sky.

 

Our Operations Manager Fiona was stoked to join the guys for a skydive too!

 

It’s Dennis’s second time to New Zealand having previously visited Skydive Auckland in 2018. The team’s feedback on their NZ visit and their jumping in West Auckland was awesome. We absolutely loved having them here and we can’t wait to see them back here again next time!
