Skydive Auckland Hosts Charity Skydive for Rodney Animal Rescue

On 6 December, a group of incredible supporters faced their fears and took the ultimate leap, jumping from 13,000 feet to raise funds for Rodney Animal Rescue. Their bravery helped support the rescue’s vital work saving, rehabilitating, and rehoming large animals across New Zealand.

After reaching their fundraising targets, four participants suited up for an unforgettable day of skydiving, community spirit, and giving back. Each jumper experienced an exhilarating 45 seconds of freefall, reaching speeds of over 200 km/h, all for an amazing cause.

Funds raised went directly to Rodney Animal Rescue, supporting their ongoing mission to give vulnerable animals a second chance at life. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who took part, donated, and cheered from the ground. Your support truly makes a difference.
