Cancellation & Postponement Policy
Bookings made online or via telephone are considered a firm booking. You must advise us of any changes to your booking not less than 48 hours before your scheduled jump time. Failure to comply with the 48 hour notice period or to appear at the jump zone at the scheduled arrival time will result in a forfeit of your jump voucher and no refund will be given.
Vouchers / Special Promotions
Vouchers are valid for a time period printed on the voucher months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. You MUST bring a printed copy of the voucher with you on the day of your jump as you will not be permitted to jump without it.
Postponement due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
If your skydive needs to be postponed due to unsuitable weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient date and time however the cost of travel and any expenses incurred to return to the jump zone are your responsibility.
